Shipping address is always related to the way you are paying. Please read the payment policies carefully before paying.
We will ship your package after payment has been verified and cleared and will email you the tracking number.
All packages are signature required.
If you paid with PayPal we will ship to your PayPal confirmed address. Please see the Payment policies for more details.
We cannot ship To: P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO.
The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth).
You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use the customer's account to ship an item.
We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address.
We cannot add special instructions note for the carrier. The carrier will arrive at the ship-to address and you will have to sign for the package.
If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. Please call us if you have questions.

We guarantee up to 10 business days from the day you paid until delivery of the package (Saturday and Sunday are not business days). We will keep this guaranty and if needed we will expedite the shipping at no additional cost for you. We will email you once we ship the package to you.
