Domestic Credit Cards

If you want to ship the package to an address which is not your billing address (where you receive the credit card statements), then you should call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask to add the ship-to address as an “alternate address”. Only after you complete this process the ship-to address will be associated with your credit card and we will be able to ship there.
We cannot bill an international credit card and ship to a USA address.

Domestic PayPal Payments
We can only ship to the address we receive from PayPal .
We can only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses, so please make sure your address is confirmed before placing an order.
To check if your street address is confirmed simply login to your PayPal account, then:

• Click “My Account” and in the submenu click “profile”. Your account profile page will open.
• Under “account information” title click “street address” and a list of all your address will open.
• For each of your street addresses you will see a corresponding “status”. If you see “confirmed” for the address you choose then we will be able to ship to that address (usually it says: ‘”home confirmed” or “business confirmed”, that’s good)
• If your address is not confirmed please contact PayPal to confirm it.

We will only ship to the paypal payment address with no exceptions. Please make sure you choose the correct address when you make the payment. We will not be able to change the shipping address after payment is made. If you have any questions please call us before paying and we will be happy to help.
International PayPal Payments
We can only ship to the confirmed address we receive from PayPal . We cannot ship to any address you give us over the phone or email. Please make sure you choose the confirmed address when you make the payment. If you have any questions please call us before paying and we will be happy to help.

International Credit Cards
You can pay with your LOCAL credit card through Google checkout. We will only ship to the Google checkout payment address with no exceptions.
We cannot bill an international credit card and ship to a USA address. The only way for an international member to ship to USA is through a bank wire transfer.

International Duties, Taxes and Customs
International buyers are responsible for any and all customs, duties taxes and brokerage fees to be paid to the courier or government (Canadian buyers that choose express shipping get the brokerage service for free). Please contact your local customs office with further inquiries in this issue.
